Revitalize Privacy Policy
Revitalize is a wellness app that estimates vital signs from a short front-camera scan and helps you track readings, medications and symptoms. This policy explains what the app collects, where it goes, and how you control it. Revitalize is for general wellness and is not a medical device.
The short version
- Your face video never leaves your phone. The camera frames are analysed on the device and discarded. We do not store, upload or share video or photos of you.
- Your readings and health entries are stored on your account so they are available when you reinstall or change phones.
- We do not sell your data, show ads, or use tracking. There are no advertising or analytics SDKs in the app.
- You can export or delete everything from inside the app at any time.
What we collect

What we do not collect
- Camera video, photos, or any image of your face. Label scanning for medications also runs on the device; the picture is not uploaded.
- Your location, contacts, or data from other apps. Revitalize does not read or write Apple Health.
- Advertising identifiers. We do not track you across apps or websites.
Where it is stored
Account data and health entries are stored with our hosting provider, Supabase, in the United States (AWS us-east-2), encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is restricted to your own account by database rules. A copy of your recent data is kept on your phone, protected by the device's encryption, so the app works offline. Optional Face ID / Touch ID lock keeps the app closed to anyone else holding your phone.
Sharing
We share your data with no one. The only exceptions are the service providers that run the app on our behalf (Supabase for hosting and authentication, Apple for Sign in with Apple), who process it under our instructions, and disclosures required by law. Anything you share yourself, such as the doctor report PDF or a data export, goes wherever you send it.
Your choices
- Export: Profile › Settings › Export my data gives you a CSV of your readings.
- Delete: Profile › Settings › Delete account removes your account and all data on it. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.
- Camera and notification permissions can be withdrawn at any time in iOS Settings.

Children
Revitalize is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them. If you believe a child has created an account, contact us and we will delete it.
Changes
If this policy changes we will update the date above and, for significant changes, tell you in the app.
Revitalize provides general wellness information. It does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition and does not replace a blood-pressure cuff, a pulse oximeter or a clinician. If you feel unwell, contact a doctor or emergency services.
